Article 2: Scope
These terms apply to all sales on thewrappist.com and on the Amazon marketplace (via FBA). Our offerings cover two markets: the Automotive Division (vinyl rolls and PPF) and the Tech Division (pre-cut skins for MacBook, iPhone, etc.).
Article 3: Pricing & Payment
Prices are shown in euros including VAT. Payment is due at order. Accepted methods: credit card (Stripe), PayPal, and native Amazon payment options.
Article 4: Delivery
Tech Division (Skins): Ships within 2–5 business days. Via Amazon FBA, Prime next-day delivery.
Automotive Division (Rolls): Ships within 5–10 business days via carrier. Timelines are indicative.
Article 5: Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Automotive Division
14 calendar days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal (Art. L221-18 French Consumer Code). Product must be returned intact, unrolled, in original packaging. Return costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Tech Division — Legal Exception
Pursuant to Art. L221-28, 3° of the French Consumer Code, custom-cut skins are excluded from the right of withdrawal. All purchases are final upon production. Returns only accepted for proven manufacturing defects or logistics errors.
Article 6: Legal Warranties
• Legal warranty of conformity (2 years) — Art. L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
• Hidden defects warranty — Art. 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.
• Automotive vinyls carry an observed service life of up to 5 years against discoloration and cracking, subject to proper maintenance.
• Tech skins are warranted against cutting defects upon receipt. Normal wear is not covered.
Article 7: Data Protection (GDPR)
Data controller: SASU Gatherlab.
Data collected: name, email, address, phone (optional). Payment data processed by Stripe/Amazon — never stored by THE WRAPPIST™.
Retention: 3 years after last order. Rights: access, rectification, deletion, portability — requests to dpo@thewrappist.com.
Article 8: Intellectual Property
THE WRAPPIST™ is a trademark registered with the INPI (French IP office). Any reproduction, use, or modification of the name, logo, or site content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
Article 9: Disputes & Mediation
These terms are governed by French law.
For unresolved disputes within 60 days, the customer may contact the FEVAD e-commerce mediator free of charge — CS 20015, 75362 Paris Cedex 08 — www.mediateurfevad.fr
EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Failing amicable resolution, the competent courts are those of the seller's registered office (Angers, France).
